You're probably asking, "What is going on with this page?" Well, here's the long and short of it:

A few years ago, I started a crochet blog with the intent of sharing the projects I was working on in a way that made crochet feel more approachable to newbies. The goal was similar to what I'm pursuing now, but I quickly discovered that generating written content on a regular schedule was NOT for me. Also, what I was putting into the blog didn't really match where I wanted to go with my fiber journey. I am a crocheter, yes. But I am also a knitter, a sewist, and (more recently) a spinner. I have a constant drive to learn something new and expand my skills, which didn't really jive with all the energy required to maintain a blog focused solely on beginner-friendly crochet projects.

So, I finally made a decision to change directions and abandon the written blog idea. HOWEVER, when I went back to read my old posts, I still felt a bit of spark and wanted to preserve and share what I had put together in a way that would still provide value.

So here we are. I hope you enjoy this peek into my personal fiber journey that led to what I now call the enigma-ness. ❤
